Abstract

The goal of this research is to investigate the the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the Anzali Branch of ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY. Based on six quantitative indexes, we determine contingency and suitable strategies. Documents and a questionnaire were used to determine the internal and external strategic situations, respectively. The results show that education, research, students, and reconstruction have weaknesses. Therefore, combination strategies should be used to promote the university, with an emphasis on defensive strategies.
