Abstract

This paper seeks to investigate the effects of non-innovative behaviors on the DEPRESSION of the FEMALE ACADEMIC STAFF MEMBERS of Tabriz Islamic Azad University. The statistical population includes 119 female staff members out of a total of 449 academic staff members (male and female) of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz, from among whom 92 females were selected randomly for the research based on Morgan Table. In order to measure the variables, the researchers have used two questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires has been evaluated and confirmed through the use of Cronbach’s Alpha. For data analysis, linear regression has been used. The results indicate the positive effect of non- INNOVATIVE BEHAVIORs on the DEPRESSION of the FEMALE ACADEMIC STAFF MEMBERS of Tabriz Islamic Azad University.
