Abstract

The goal of this research is to study the effect of teaching CHILD NURTURING METHODS on DIRECTIONS OF CONFLICT SOLVING between parents and children in female guidance students in Kerman schools. The statistical population of the study consists of parents of female guidance students in Kerman schools and the research sample consists of 70 parents of female guidance school students in Kerman schools (40 mothers and 40 fathers)‚ who were selected randomly from schools of Kerman city. First‚ the two groups replied to Eshtrase conflict solving scale in the pre-test. Then the experimental group received CHILD NURTURING METHODS training in ten sessions (one 60-minute session every other day). But the control group received no intervention. Once again‚ the two groups replied to Eshtrase conflict solving scale in the post-test. For the data analysis, percent, frequency, mean, standard deviation and analysis of covariance were used. The results of analysis of covariance showed that CHILD NURTURING METHODS training has a significantl effect on the strategies of conflict solving between parents and children.
