Abstract

Today, organizations have found that knowledge is one of the most obvious indicators of survival in the competitive world. Competitive aspect of any enterprise is establishment and transfer of effective knowledge within the organization. Successful implementation of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT depends heavily on coordination between factors such as organizational culture, information technology, organizational structure, leadership and human resources. This research by using the evaluation of the key success factors, is looking for determine the state of readiness to implement KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT in IRIB-Internet Radio. Also, for each indicator, the components based on strategies of the model of Nonaka and Takeuchi have been used in the preparation of the questionnaire. Analyzing data obtained from the questionnaire by using the Friedman test (highest average) have been prioritized. According to the data analysis, this organization is far from the desirable implementation of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT. Among the infrastructures of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, organizational culture is a disadvantage than the others. Also the IT infrastructure has the best situation. Finally, according to the base of knowledge building, offered suggestions for implementing KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT in this organization.
