Abstract

In the current era, the dramatic changes in managerial knowledge have inevitably led to the existence of an evaluation system; the existence of an evaluation system in the various dimensions of an organization, including the assessment of the use of resources and facilities, employees, goals and strategies, seems necessary. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of managers' Human skills on the performance of emergency medical staff. Using a simple random sampling method, using a Morgan table, a sample of 356 emergency medical staff and emergency medical personnel in Tehran was selected in 2017-2018. To collect data, questionnaires were used (1) human skill assessment questionnaire, 2) performance evaluation, and Pearson correlation and simple linear regression tests were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the Human skills of managers with the assessment of medical emergency personnel (r = 0. 93, p = 0. 001). Other results of the research indicate that there is a relationship between the Human skills of managers and different components of performance evaluation. Therefore, given the increasing importance of the assessment of the performance of medical emergency staff, as well as the need to strengthen the Human skills of managers, the performance evaluation system can help to achieve organizational goals by focusing on The whole organization and performance.
