Abstract

Discussion about the nature of religious RULE is from imaginary manners of principles Knowledge. Differences of attitudes about the nature of religious RULE affect basic orientations in different discussions of principles Knowledge.There are tow important attitudes about RULE definition among principles scholars. Some believe RULE is a falsified and CONVENTIONal thing that does not have instance in the real world and others believe it is a real and incipient thing. RULE definition according to principles scholars contain one of introductions and different stage of the RULE including interests and mischiefs, CREATION, VOLITION, legality and accosting.In contrast to some scholars who consider religious RULE as a real thing, Imam Khomeini considers RULE as a CONVENTIONal thing and religious forgery that has just tow degrees of CREATION and reality. He has not accepted the definition of the RULE in terms of VOLITION, interests and mischiefs and he believes these real thing are the introductions of the RULE. He has refused the division of the VOLITION within religious and incipient VOLITION. He believes the VOLITION of lawgiver about religious things belongs to the fabrication of the law not to doing duty by obligated people. In this thesis, different definitions of the RULE and some famous attitudes about the nature of the CREATION and CONVENTION have been investigated and the attitude of Imam Khomeini about religious RULE has been compared with other definitions.Four fold degrees of religious RULE have been criticized and finally, the results of the discussion have been offered.
