Abstract

The idea of sustainability in tourism is one of the newest and most important issues in prominent countries regarding this industry. In this study using a quantitative and qualitative approach, the researchers organized structured interviews with authorities and common people, questionnaires, and documentaries. From among the 170 people living in the district 22, 150 people were selected randomly. The most important issue about the area is the ENVIRONMENT of the area which is potentially sustainable. This item has been marked as the moderate and strong on the questionnaire given to the participants. The ordinary people participating in the study measured this item as moderate. The district 22 has a good condition as far as ENVIRONMENT protection, and new TOURIST attraction are considered, however, there are weaknesses like low potential of trading in the area. The suggestion made by the present researchers is using expert people’s experiences, creating new trading opportunities, and focusing on the people’s active participation.
