Abstract

rural tourism has an important role in rural development. In this paper, we studied the three villages: Shamshir, Khanghah and Hajij. The aim of this paper was to study the tourism attitude toward the tourism effect on rural job creation in Paveh County. The method of the study was quantitative and survey and for obtaining the necessary data, questionnaires were used. The population of the study consisted of three villages, namely, Hajij, Khanghah and the Shamshir that are the target villages in the Paveh County. The sample size is obtained using Cochran formula. A pretest was conducted in Nowdeshah village. An accidental sampling was used to select the appropriate sample for the study. The validity of the study was confirmed by the geography, tourism and economy experts. The reliability of the research sample was calculated using the average of four Likert scales which was equal to 0. 73, a highly reliable coefficient. In this paper we show that tourism may have an important role in job creation. This is important since tourism services will be increased and jobs will be increased too. We found that there was a relationship between the needs of tourism services and the expansion of tourism.
