Abstract

ENVIRONMENT and economic development is essential for a great pillar, now this God-given wealth for various reasons, are tree and unlim.ited, is exploited. On the one hand the urban dimension of sustainable development, the role of ENVIRONMENTal factors, according to melancholy lack of realistic economic benefits, has been less attention. In addition to natural factors, human factors had the greatest impact on ENVIRONMENTal degradation. This paper discusses the advantages of rail TRANSPORT compared to road of sustainable development point of view, that for this pUlvose the INDICES of TRANSPORT and SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT were identified. To identify the correlation between the questionnaire and distribute it among the elite and using AMOS software is able to communicate effectively understand them. Then, using a questionnaire distributed among the passengers of the metro line 4 randomly selected alternative in the absence of detected Metro and ENVIRONMENTal assessments of various alternatives compared with road TRANSPORT in terms of fuel consumption, noise and air pollution and other related costs were discussed. At the end due to the effect of ENVIRONMENTal wondrous rail TRANSPORT despite its limitations Metro and the indispensible role in reducing the damages and costs, estimates and estimated economic value of this type of savings compared to road TRANSPORT and its ENVIRONMENTal-economic evaluation, to demonstrate the social value of this infrastructure was proposed.
