Abstract

The results show that low-income families, on average, 40 to 50 percent of their monthly income to pay for rental HOUSING, followed by the importance of this issue and lack of private sector HOUSING for low income groups, HOUSING policy as a policy stamp provision of social HOUSING was introduced by the government. The aim of this study was to measure citizens' SATISFACTION with the quality of residential HOUSING projects in the region Ahwaz is sweet. Results from two aspects of physical planning and management system and explain social issues are discussed. The study variables were analyzed using the software spss. The results of the analysis using t, suggest, given that the level of significance (sig) is smaller than 05/0 can be said that the average SATISFACTION with services there is a significant difference in physical parameters the main hypothesis is confirmed, in part SATISFACTION of the social consequences, the level of significance (sig) is smaller than 05/0. The index of place among the three groups in the Arab Gulf and Lor and given that the significance level (sig) is smaller than 0.05.
