Abstract

certainly, the process of socio-economic distribution of resources communities, on the approach to the issues of program planners. In the meantime, explanation and understanding of current patterns of resource distribution, the first step in understanding the distribution is the dominant patterns. Of course, if the specific facts of each community-based knowledge, scientific methodology and is based on applications, can lead to redistribute resources equitably. This study is based on this idea, has been developed. Unequal distribution of resources and social inequalities result not only of the most important challenges in developing countries such as Iran, but also the source of many economic problems, including the increasing intensification of rural-urban migration, poverty and social ills are. Equitable distribution of resources, including health care facilities not only necessary, but also for the health of communities is vital, as the slogan and the centrality of the United Nations Human Development Report (HDR, 2011) as well as: health, the most important is the wealth of nations. This article examines this issue using models VIKOR and SAW, rankings and analysis of distribution patterns of health services in the city of East Azarbaijan province pays. Based on this research, population distribution and the distribution of health services (based on the results of entropy) were evaluated, as well as the correlation between these two variables (size of the population and access to health services) in the city East Azarbaijan Spearman model is used. The results of the coefficient of entropy distribution of the population (0.73583) indicates that the distribution of population in the city proper, but the results of two VIKOR and SAW specifies the distribution of health services in the city of this province is not fair. As well as the correlation between population distribution and ranking city in VIKOR and SA W models have been evaluated. The results of the Spearman correlation coefficient indicates that health facilities and services are based on the distribution of the population are not distributed in a balanced way.
