Abstract

The present research investigated the relationship between RESILIENCE as a branch of positive psychology and SATISFACTION OF LIFE. The statistical population of the study includes all employees of Sarab’s Imam Khomeini hospital.160 people (68 female and 92 male) were randomly selected as the sample population. For measuring the variable of this research; the reliance scale of Cano and Davidson (2003) and satisfaction of Dainer (1985) have been used. The finding of the study revealed that: There is a positive relation between RESILIENCE and SATISFACTION OF LIFE. There is a difference between SATISFACTION OF LIFE in females and males. There is no difference between SATISFACTION OF LIFE in females and males.
