Abstract

The aim of this paper was to investigate the mediating role of ENERGETIC FEELING in the relationship between the ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC, , and tend to TURNOVER. It applied a descriptive–correlational research method. The statistical population was consisted of the staff of the Islamic incantation organization of Khorasan Razavi (204 people) in 1392. Data were collected by the following questionnaires: ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC (Golparvar and Nadi, 1390), the ENERGETIC FEELING (Golparvar and et. al, 1389), and TURNOVER (Mobly and Horner, 1978; Lions, 1971). Then, they were analyzed by path analysis in Lisrel software. The results indicated that: 1) ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC had a significant positive effect on ENERGETIC FEELING. 2) ENERGETIC FEELING had a significant positive effect on TURNOVER. 3) ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC hadn’t a significant negative effect on TURNOVER. 4) Thus, after removeing the direct path of ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC to TURNOVER; the research final model fit was satisfactory. Therefore, staff TURNOVER reasons should be noted in organizations, certainly with approach of ENERGETIC FEELING.
