Abstract

Present Study has been accomplished in order to identify associated factors with the trend of GLOBALIZATION OF CULTURE among students of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz. The key question is that, what are the Factors influencing Students’ trends toward cultural globalization? This research is a survey and the population is all students of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz and the sample is 377 students determined by Cochran formula and stratified sampling method. Measuring instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 21 software and t-test, ANOVA and One-way Pearson methods are used to examine the relationship between variables.The results show that there is a relationship between NATIONAL IDENTITY, SOCIAL TRUST and ethnic identity with cultural globalization. The findings of this study confirm the theoretical perspective of sociologists such as Giddens, Robertson, Putnam and Weber.
