Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Cognitive Emotion Regulation strategies on dimension of marital conflict reduction of Shahid Beheshti Hospital Staff in Shiraz. From among different sections of the hospital, 200 marital workers with the conditions of participation in the research, conflict tests Marriage was performed and 40 people who had high score in marital conflict was divided into two groups of 20, control and experiment. Then, in the experimental group, training the emotional grasses cognitive strategies were performed in eight sessions one and a half hours And then The experimental and control groups were subjected to post-test and the results were analyzed. For analyzing the data, in addition to descriptive statistics methods such as mean and standard deviation, the covariance analysis (MANCOVA) method was used and the results showed that training strategies for Cognitive Emotion Regulation It reduced marital conflicts in different dimensions.
