Abstract

Today, job creation based on Small and Medium Enterprise activities is one of the most effective ways to solve unemployment. This study examines Factors influencing job creation in SMALL INDUSTRIES in Golestan province during 1379 to 1390. Based on the Panel Data model and labor demand estimation the estimated results show that value added has a positive effect on the DEMAND FOR LABOR. labor Wage has negatively effect on the DEMAND FOR LABOR. Capital stock as an important factor has positively associated with the employment of SMALL INDUSTRIES. Finally the findings show that the expantion of SMALL INDUSTRIES in Golestan province can create more jobs and enhance labor absorbtion.
