Abstract

The aim of this study is to Investigate and explain the relationship between HOMELESSNESS and reduce the “LIFE EXPECTANCY” HOMELESS WOMEN in Tehran. Evaluation of the “LIFE EXPECTANCY” among HOMELESS WOMEN can figure out the effectiveness of this class of physical and mental health status, and ultimately provide a lifetime of women. In fact, meaningful explanation of some indicators which expresses relationship between HOMELESSNESS and life- long of HOMELESS WOMEN in this study describes the possibility of evaluate and measure for “LIFE EXPECTANCY” conditions of HOMELESS WOMEN and effects being displaced them in homeless situations. The research method used in this study, is the method of “secondary analysis”, which seems to benefit the HOMELESS WOMEN in each of the documents in the case, including the testimony of physicians and psychiatrists, and social workers. and the questionnaires in Temporary holding center for homeless, legal assessment and final judgment of judges. and other data collected, regards to the other relevant quantitative methods, enjoys the availability of collected and analyzed data. Considering that the statistic population of the research is “temporary holding center for HOMELESS WOMEN” (Samansraye Lavizan), in order to determine the required sample size of 609 samples. 50 cases by the formula “Cochrane” calculated, selected, reviewed, and analyzed by the method of systematic random sampling fl. The results of the study indicate that “the HOMELESSNESS” enjoys a meaningful relationship with status of “LIFE EXPECTANCY” in this research by strategies such as “Internalization of social damages” “a sense of failure and humiliation”, “no hope of a return to normal life conditions” and “liking to die”. These strategies provides gradually the conditions for explaining of HOMELESSNESS on the lifetime of HOMELESS WOMEN in Tehran through consequences such as “impairment of mental disorder”, “a dangerous and incurable diseases”, “acute addiction to opiate harmful drugs”, “acceptance and victimization or coercion” and “suicide experience”. Thus, it seems effectiveness of HOMELESSNESS of HOMELESS WOMEN in this study, regarding the results of this study, provides reduced lifespan and premature death of the women compared with HOMELESS WOMEN without homeless experience. The results of the effectiveness also shows the effectiveness process for the HOMELESSNESS on the condition of the “LIFE EXPECTANCY” of HOMELESS WOMEN in this study, a complex process, and in multivariate coupled with multiple stages effects.
