Abstract

The history of hadith has come a long way. Hadith which should be the source of jurisprudence, in some occasions, its narration was banned and in some other situations freed .This is while the rigors of the rulers continued towards the narrators and the Hadiths, and the Hadith's opponents have not had the right to narrate hadith. Some DISSEMBLERs, despite being despicable, have described it as a way to escape expressing their traditions. In the meantime, popular beliefs about mullahs, and on the other hand their far-reaching judgments should not be the yardstick for assessing hadiths among rational people. Some narrators of hadiths were driven the way of narrating hadiths to the satisfaction of the people. By doing so, they lowered the validity of hadithic writings. This article seeks to examine a corner of the history and consider the influence of GOVERNMENTs and people on DISSEMBLERs, by indicating a modern way of judging hadiths and a new model for distinguishing hadiths, and even categorize these hadiths.
