Abstract

The Leader's nomination of each year introduces the main perspectives of it. These perspectives are the important stages in achieving the objectives of the Islamic Republic of IRAN’s 1404 Vision Statement and the desired goal of the "Justice and Development Decade". Therefore, trying to pursue the planned goals in this year is very critical. In this research, after reviewing the literature in this subject, forming thought groups and surveying the opinions of experts, the capabilities of IRAN’s media for realizing the motto "The Year of National Production, and Promoting IRANian Labor and Investment" have been identified. Also in the second stage, with the help of analytical hierarchy process (AHP), these strategic perspectives and functional solutions have been ranked. Given the results of the research, CULTURE MAKING in families and creating the necessary discourses in society are the main perspectives of IRAN’s media in this year. Controlling the implementations of these polices, and their explanation with introducing the solutions and software protection are in the later ranks. Creating work culture, constant reporting of the national economic activities and describing the progress of national projects, introducing Islamic- IRANian lifestyle, discussing people’s problems and pursuing the officials' responses, and offering solutions for reducing consumption with ensuing consumption models are among the main operational solutions for achieving this year’s goal. To sum up, we can say that the most important mission of the national media for this year is to try to create the so- called jihadi culture (high- spirited and heroic endeavor to change for the best) in all social areas.
