Abstract

 According to MONTMORILLONITE (MMT) hydrophilic properties, its modification process by one cationic polymer, POLY VINYL SULFONIC ACID (PVSA Na), with different mixing times was carried out and then the best preparation condition was selected with FTIR analysis. In the next step, inset copolymerization of ACRYL AMIDE and ETHYLACRYLATE in MMT was improved and NANO COMPOSITE was synthesized. The NANO COMPOSITE was characterized by FTIR spectrometry and XRD methods. The most conversion value was gained for MMT/PVSNa/ Acry Amide/ Ethy Acrylate NANO COMPOSITE that had the equal molar ratio.
