Abstract

Objectives: The EPISTEMOLOGICAL ANALYSIS of CONCEPTs is important for PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCEs. The present study intends to explicate this practice in Islamic Philosophy. NeoSadraean philosophy introduced various types of CONCEPTs and analyzed them; but some analyses are logical or ontological. What do we mean by EPISTEMOLOGICAL ANALYSIS? The present survey is an effort to give a proper answer to this question.Method: For this purpose we study a case in Islamic Philosophy, this case study is about non-Substantial CONCEPTs.Results: I introduce the EPISTEMOLOGICAL ANALYSIS of CONCEPTs by explaining the CONCEPT's REFERENCEs.Conclusion: This Pattern can be used in other CONCEPTs such as ethical CONCEPTs or physical CONCEPTs and other things.
