Abstract

This topic tends to cause crime and delinquency among youth 30-17 years of district 16 of Tehran emphasize Agnew pressure theory has been done. According to 1389 statistics by the police, crime and delinquency in the area 16 of the 22 districts of Tehran Tehran is ranked eighth. This study has three main hypotheses. Hypothesis One: The amount of social pressure on people distracted by type of crime vary. Hypothesis II seems to feel the pressure Compared to the incidence of crime and delinquency will affect the lives of their living conditions is divided into eight other hypotheses which implies the third hypothesis, It seems that dealing with the pressure of living conditions will affect the type of crime. Theoretical framework for the study was considered Agnew’s strain theory. The study sample of 213 offenders Treasury Tuesday station-Bukhari, Javadieh and Nazi Abad and have kept records were selected Sampling is non-probability sampling method. This technique is navigated using spss software to analyze the data was discussed and the results of research Obtained from approved all the proposed hypotheses regarding the living conditions of pressure has an effect on crime and delinquency. The other assumptions are confirmed Pressure on those different social distracted by type of crime is also a factor of 037.0 significance level is reached. Hypothesis seems to end well Dealing with the pressure of living conditions on the type of crime is influenced by a factor of 000.0 was significant.
