Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide critical inquiries in the context the methodological framework of theses based on divorce-oriented theses. The main issue discussed in this article is “ Does the lack of attention to the methodology of divorce-focused researches have an impact on the richness and lack of richness of future researches? Accordingly, this research used documentary method and content analysis. This article tries to introduce, clarify, and Methodical critique that goes beyond just a technique for researches focused on divorced. Hence, in addition to explaining the fundamental methodology, paradigmatic methodology and applied methodology, which in most cases, it is a missing link in the divorce-focused researches, which as a practical guide can be an effective help for future researches and Then proceed to implement them, Also, the divorce-focused researches has been examined in terms of structuring from the form and subject such as period, Thematic categories, focused-gender perspective and etc.
