Abstract

Terms of MINORITY rights, including those of human groups is usually for political, legal, cultural and economic situations are marginal Iran. Today, given the international importance of minorities, the issue as a matter of concern for many governments and international advocacy. Iran has various religious minorities, ethnic and language. The minorities in all historical periods in Iran to seek legal, political, social and cultural one. This study seeks to demonstrate that in the last three decades of religious minorities in Iran through the CONSTITUTION and the verdicts of jurists, a large part of the Muslim Iranians attained equal rights; Although it seems to achieve the same rights as Muslims, according to some legal restrictions and some different views, there is a relatively large distance. In the recent period, the most important legal institutions and related organizations and more emphasis is being considered and minorities in the Islamic Republic of Iran in the enjoyment of their legal rights, better position than many other countries have.
