Abstract

Objectives: This study was carried out to identify SPIRITUALITY components affecting RESILIENCY in entrepreneurs. Method: This study was based on practical purposes in qualitative and descriptive method and it is a deductive approach. The study population include entrepreneurs in Qom city and the study sample was purposeful sampling From among them. For data collection we have used interview and for analysis the data taken from interviews, the thematic analysis technique was used. Results: The main research question using the technique of thematic analysis reviews and 10 main concepts are as the SPIRITUALITY components affecting RESILIENCY in entrepreneurs were identified. Conclusion: The results from analysis of the data showed that 10 main concepts are as the SPIRITUALITY components affecting RESILIENCY in entrepreneurs which include: value orientation, self-awareness, wisdom, sublime goals, personal satisfaction, trust in God and patience, volunteer activities, believing in hereafter, hopefulness and Tolerance.
