Abstract

Objectives: The main objective of this paper is to investigate factors affecting the MANAGEMENT OF RESEARCH and technology in Iran with the SUPRA-ORGANIZATIONAL approach. Method: The method of this research is qualitative. The tool is a collection of information through interviews with experts and experts in the field of research and technology management. The method of analyzing interview data was analyzed through thematic analysis. Results: According to the findings of this research, the transactional factors can be divided into four general categories: factors related to the authorities, factors related to the society of knowledge-based organizations, environmental factors and industry observers. In each of these factors, both the success factors and the failure factors are mentioned. Conclusion: Success factors are factors that contribute to the success and improvement of MANAGEMENT OF RESEARCH and technology that need to be strengthened and failure factors are factors that hinder the success and improvement of research and technology management, which requires action to be taken to eliminate them.
