Abstract

This article's purpose is study of Tehran STATE UNIVERSITIES condition in changing process of KNOWLEDGE to TECHNOLOGY. At first the main and minor influential factors on changing process of KNOWLEDGE to TECHNOLOGY are recognized. Views of scientists and professional people in science and TECHNOLOGY are studied and analyzed. The results show the undesirable condition of universities, it would require investment in this field to improvement of universities performance in change of KNOWLEDGE to TECHNOLOGY and the country's development and growth.
