Abstract

The purpose of this study is to foresight future PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONal accordance with the requirements of resilient economy. Data of this study was collected via cross-impact questionnaire, Uncertainty questionnaire, Semistructural interviews, expert panels & explanatory studies. The first step is to review literatures and determine the key factors and cross impacts of them in the primary questioner. After cross impact analysis of primary questioner by structural analysis, we indicated the uncertainties of resilient economy. This method is completely expert based and finally we write scenarios by the expert panels and interviews. The study’s finding shows that Increase or decrease the "support of the private sector and non-governmental" and "creation process structures in ministries and state administration" for the realization of the uncertainties facing the economy is its strength.Governmental approaches, government’s role, privatization & process-driven, will affect the realization of resilient economy.
