Abstract

Background and objectives: One of the rational ways is to follow complete complementary patterns in order to attain prosperity and spirituality. All human beings are endeavoring for their perfection. But in order to achieve perfections, one must follow those who know the true happiness and perfection and know how to reach it. Believers to the unique creator, after having proved the existence of God with all the traits of his beauty and glory ac-cording to the wisdom order, in order to achieve prosperity and spirituality, should follow the Prophet of Mercy (PBUH) and the IMAMs (peace be upon them) - who are his true successors.Methodology: This study was conducted using descriptive-analytical method and library resources were used to collect data.Findings and results: In this article, the author has tried to show how to ac-quire the spirituality and desired prosperities of humanity by referring to the words of IMAM Ali (PBUH), in Nahj al-Balaghah. It is clear that the following IMAM Ali (PBUH) is the same as following the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).According to the affirmation of the verse, “و انفسنا و انفسکم” (Al Imran: 61), Ali (PBUH) represents all the traits of the great Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) except for prophecy. Also, following the Prophet is exactly following the Almighty Allah “من یطع الرسول فقد اطاع الله”(Al-Nisa 80). Also, following other IMAMs is the same as the following IMAM Ali (peace be upon him), and they are the manifestations of the perfections of IMAM Ali and his companions (peace be upon them) and prophets (peace be upon them).
