Abstract

Theory of COMMAND TO VIRTUE AND PREVENTION FROM SIN as one of the basic principals of islams,s minor points and origins has emphesized on the wide variety of QURAN’s educational and sacred texts as well it’s narrations, and againe the implementation of it has defined as surety of life and glory of islamic community such that it’s leave is the negation of human identity and the real life of mankind, moral and social decline of muslims. this theory which in the innocents language has been intruduced as one of the great theorems has not been carried out and tried on islamic societies of the world as it ought to be so and it’s absolotedness is not a covered issue for any one. In recent years the theory of enforcement of it by the police for better excution of this theorem of religeous have had it’s own opposition and fauvourables which in spite of it,s abortiveness of scanty by the two sides of it we are witness of separatedness of it as well several oppression of it’s servants that is police forces along with their troubles. Thus this probe aimed at to look once more to this problem from one hand and the value and works of COMMAND TO VIRTUE AND PREVENTION FROM SIN due to it’s capacity, efficiency and the police privilegs of unique along with presentation of sceintific STERATEGY based on religeous fundamentals on the other.
