Abstract

 Empowerment means recognizing the value of people and the role they can have in matters including economic issues. The ultimate goal of all development theories attempt to provide the right environment for people in the community. The conditions necessary for them to benefit from their ability to provide resources and knowledge. Distribution of income and possibilities of economic issues in Islam. Achieve public welfare and livelihood and economic justice in society and the eradication of poverty and deprivation, Lack of proper implementation of the provisions of begging and needs and economic situation which is stressed in the Qur'an and Sunnat. These factors include: Infaq (charity to please God), Khoms (one fifth of income or profit), Zakat (alms-giving), Sacrifice, Kaffarah (a religious donation of money or food made to help those in need), Sadaqa (giving something which one loves in the way of Allah), Waqf (Islamic endowment), and that can be dedicated to the economic EMPOWERMENT and livelihood of individuals and society forward.
