Abstract

The spatial structure over time and so the place, time and form have been gradually developed. The first step in understanding the spatial structure of the deteriorated areas, it has been necessary to study the history and evolution, so that we can isolate the factors affecting the incidence of deteriorated caused by the physical – spatial studied the in the city structure. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the causes of deteriorated was conducted during historical periods. For this purpose, using space syntax; linear maps of the city during different stages of growth and development of the city was prepared. Then this software depthmap were analyzed. This analysis has been extracted in the form of tables and maps, and so by examining changes the parameter integration and integration differences during different periods was carried out. It was concluded that the root causes of deterioration in physical isolation – spatial urban tissue. The survey showed that the main cause of changes in integration and the difference to develop urban interventions during time. By examining the correlation between two variables, both local and golobal integration which represents the adaptation and spatial interaction between old tissue and new; It was found that the correlation coefficient between the two variables was higher in the course of the spatial match between the two features is reduced global and local. And reducing causes isolation of the space between the old and new tissue. So a total of some actions because of the deployment of thinking sometimes leads to isolation Urban Space in the city's neighborhoods followed by social isolation, governs it and set this process has created the phenomenon of burnout. It can be said that before making any changes in the spatial structure of the city the impact of changes in the structure of space syntax by modeling and evaluated. To thereby prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of burnout.
