Abstract

In this study the effects of HUMAN CAPITAL on ECONOMIC GROWTH in the short run and the long run by using AUTO-REGRESSIVE DISTRIBUTED LAG MODEL were analyzed. The results showed that HUMAN CAPITAL had more effect on ECONOMIC GROWTH in the long run than in the short run. This shows that the policy makers should pay more attention to expansion of HUMAN CAPITAL.
