Abstract

Innovation is one of the factors which can help the organization to meet its goals and also make new and effective strategies for it. Since the innovation will change during the time, this research has done with the aim of presenting a dynamic model in order to improve the Innovation evaluation system in the car industry. Two main dimensions of innovation, Technological innovation and management innovation were drawn of related researches and key criteria of them were determined. The relations between these criteria were found by surveys, experts’ comments, subject literature, observations and data bases. Finally, the dynamic model of Innovation evaluation was presented. This model has a capability of forecasting the behavior of each variable till 2022. The results of this research show that various variables of the model are so sensitive to the changes in R&D budgets in car industry. Thus appropriate changes in R&D budget will result in upgraded innovation level.
