Abstract

 the purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT functions with self-employee Ports and Maritime Administration staff Bandar Imam Special Economic Zone Khomeini is.The research is descriptive and correlational. The population consisted of 522 staff of which using simple random sampling, 222 employees were selected as sample.The data Bandura's SELF-EFFICACY questionnaire (1997) and STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT functions questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by professors and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For data analysis, linear regression and correlation analysis methods were used. The findings showed that between STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT strategies and their components (remuneration, training, STAFFING, PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION) and self-employees is a significant positive relationship. The results of regression showed that education, a better predictor for efficacy.
