Abstract

 the aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of CAPITAL/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">SOCIAL CAPITAL (capital structure, CAPITAL of cognitive and relational CAPITAL) to CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT in the organization. On the basis of the purpose of applied based on the nature and method of data collection is descriptive correlation. The study population of this study was to all the employees of the ports of the province a sample of 318 people were selected. The survey instrument was a questionnaire. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha value was placed 806.0 approved. Data collected using a two-stage approach to STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING software AMOS16 were analyzed. The results of the study showed that the proposed model is a good fit and according to the results of CAPITAL/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">SOCIAL CAPITAL and its dimensions and significant positive impact on CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT.
