Abstract

The present paper focuses on choosing the best scenario for designing the Anzali port breakwater based on different criteria by applying concordance ANALYSIS. The criteria can be classified under three categories: a) economical, b) technical and c) managing. Due to the importance of the scores specified to each criterion, the scores were extracted based on a survey of some of the managers and experienced experts working in Iran Saze Pardazi Consulting Engineers Company. Also, to evaluate the results, the sensitive ANALYSIS is done on weights of criteria.The results reveal the superiority of the same sample in all the sensitivity analyses.
