Abstract

Managers in the organization are considered strategic assets. Choose a qualified manager can monitor all elements of an organization's influence. This study aimed to identify and prioritize the indicators sport organizations in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was performed. The study combined qualitative and quantitative exploration in two phases and was conducted in succession, the research community all managers with experience (over 15 years management in sport organizations) to 50 people and sport management professionals (who holds a Ph.D. in sports management) is comprised of 60 people, of whom 80 patients stratified random sampling method (37 managers and 43 experts) were selected as sample. At the first stage purposive sampling and snowball technique to 12 patients visit specialists and experienced in the field of management of sports organizations and through in-depth interviews to identify the main indicators were chosen sport organizations. Then these indicators in a questionnaire hierarchical analysis of the samples was investigated and indicators identified by the Expert Choice11 software based on AHP method were analyzed. The results showed that fits with sports management education with an average weight 0.277 was the highest priority and political connections with an average weight 0.299 was after power. According to basic indicators in selected sport organizations will help these organizations better than to move towards the goals set.
