Abstract

The most outstanding changes in the language and literature of Iran before Islam and during the sixth century came into existence with the advent of the Saldhoghies. Among the political and social changes of that era were, the expansion of poetry, changes in language, mentality, imagery and above all style. The difficulty and opacity are among the unIque characteristics in the poetic style of the sixth century. Anveris poetry is an example of the above characteristics in that era. Old explanatory notes by Shadiabadi, Aboale Hassan Farahani, the late Modaress Razavi and Shahidi are evidences and testimonies to such a claim. This article discusses a few points in the poetry of this Khorasani poet.
