Abstract

Accordingly, today's criminal policy towards Iran, and prohibits the indiscriminate use of de-confinement sentence to formulate a bill entitled "Social replace PRISON sentences' have mjazathast a new kind of partnership with the people and civil society in our country and it is applied to the phase is implemented. ultimately concludes not only clear and comprehensive laws and regulations in this area are necessary and useful, but the successful implementation of the legislation requires the right culture in the community.
