Abstract

From the 1980s onwards, a new concept has been proposed that the governance model is well-known. After the government, especially in the late twentieth and twenty-first century with new challenges, such as big-government approach; Washington Consensus and the State faced, GOOD GOVERNANCE model as a framework to provide new solutions for getting out of this challenges raised. solutions that humans achieve GOOD GOVERNANCE and measures to achieve the ideal form of government help. The ruling requires the existence of human society and governance that led it to assume its purpose and objectives of this collection to head home. they also saw to it that to achieve effective on the subject of GOOD GOVERNANCE among Iranian scholars-Muslim, Imam Khomeini and the Supreme leader of the Islamic Republic as a designer Shiite political leadership to the necessity of establishing an Islamic state with jurists began, the we. Therefore, in this study we are trying to make the fundamental question; the components of GOOD GOVERNANCE in the political thought of Imam Khomeini mean? And inspect. The hypothesis of this paper is as follows: The most important component of GOOD GOVERNANCE in the ideas of Imam Khomeini inspired by the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad are: the rule of law, public participation, justice, confidence-building and accountability of government to popular demands. This method is based on analytical method and the method of data collection is the library. The theoretical framework is based on the theory of GOOD GOVERNANCE.
