Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of technological sense-making and ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY on innovation performance that in this regard, it is emphasized the mediator role of absorptive capacity. The method of research is descriptive and correlation. The study population all over embraces pharmaceutical firms. Data were collected by a questionnaire which its validity and reliability was confirmed. For data analysis, it is used structural equation modeling techniques and least squares Smart-PLS. Findings indicate that ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY with the absorptive capacity can improve technological SENSE-MAKING CAPABILITY and ultimately to increase product innovation and technology innovation but this capabilities are satisfied in situations that uncertainty technological environment is small.
