Abstract

This study aimed to PATHOLOGY EFFECTIVENESS of the civil service management in information technology and ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES were performed. This research use, according to the application and purpose, is the descriptive survey. The study consisted of staff of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance wITh a bachelor's degree or higher, and the sample size was determined using Morgan table. Questionnaire was used for data collection and ITs reliabilITy was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis, one-sample t-test wITh confirmatory factor analysis showed that the use of information technology and ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, qualITy of service, qualITy of information, use of information, process and organizational flexibilITy has improved. Also, the law enforcement services in priorITy countries improve the qualITy of service and priorITy improvement process has been conducted.
