Abstract

This study was conducted to present a model for export in the field of farmed shrimp and emphasizing the importance of Training in the successful performance of firms. In this paper, the grounded method is applied and interviews are conducted to the information saturation threshold. The number of interviewees, including scientific and practical experts in the field of shrimp and shrimp export, was 16 and they were introduced and interviewed by snowball method. The results of the interviews identify four main categories, namely corporate factors, national factors, international factors, and outcomes that lead to the central phenomenon of "Export model with emphasis on education in shrimp industry". Common words-the most widely spoken language of experts during the interview process-are Training and utilizing the experiences of other countries. This means that for up-to-date marketing, professional ethics, best packaging and other functional components, the need for Training programs and experience through participating in exhibitions and visiting similar industries in successful foreign countries. This cannot be achieved unless with the participation of the corporation, the government, the Aquatic Production and Trade Union, the Iranian Fisheries Organization, and other parties involved.
