Abstract

“Tafsir al-Quran al-Hakim “, known as “al-Manar” is one of the most important interpretations in fourteen century of Hegira which has created a new school in realm of Quranic interpretation that needs to be researched.This essay investigates the Almanar’s jurisprudential approach in descriptive and analytical manner and concludes that “rejecting unreasonable following of earlier words “, “decreasing of JURISPRUDENCE’s realm “and “jurisprudence based on expedience“, are obvious characteristics of the writer of Almanar’s jurisprudential approach. Mentioned characteristics finally highlights “secularization of worldly affairs“ (it means all jurisprudent’s realm except prayers).
