Abstract

This study aimed at examining the relationship of COMMUNICATION SKILL with ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST in general office of Sport and Youth in Ilam province. This study was a descriptive-correlation research conducted by cross sectional method in 2013 on 100 employees. Sampling was performed by simple random sampling method. Three questionnaires were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze data by PLS & SPSS software. The results showed a significant and positive relationship between COMMUNICATION SKILL and ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST (r=0.47, P≤0.01) and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT (r=0.42, P≤0.01) and between ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST (r=0.46, P≤0.01). Also, the effect of COMMUNICATION SKILL was positive and significant on ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST (b=0.76, t=22.44) and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT (b =0.49, t=4.04). Finally, the more employees' COMMUNICATION SKILLs, the more their ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST increase.
