Abstract

KHAQANI's poetry still has many ambiguities; the variety of references and his intentional use of all his learning in his poetry provide a wide opportunity to study his divan.In this study, the author tries to re-examine the word "Eisha" - used in a line of his Tarsaieh Ode - evaluate its multiple possible meanings, and finally introduce the meaning which is more appropriate, regarding KHAQANI’s style.
