Abstract

Sustainable development is a state of equilibrium between different dimensions of development that aims to improve the quality of human life. The ultimate goal of rural development planners and managers is to make optimal use of resources and to create a balanced and balanced relationship between human, community and nature based on the rural sustainable development model. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the physical and Environmental instability of border villages in the central part of Zahedan. The research method is descriptive-survey. Data gathering tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. Spss software was used to analyze the data. The findings of the study show that the majority of the studied villages are severely inadequate and unacceptable in terms of severity of physical and Environmental instability. Repeated ANOVA test results also indicate that there is a significant difference between different components of physical and Environmental instability and the highest degree of instability is related to environmental components. On the other hand, the results of Pearson correlation test showed an inverse relationship between the level of performance of executive devices with the severity of Physical instability in the studied villages. However, due to the weakness of the performance of the executive in different environmental sectors, there was no significant relationship between the level of performance of the executive and the severity of their Environmental instability.
