Abstract

Performance evaluation of Construction projects Based on Identified and Clustered Barriers Using Data envelopment analysis; a Case Study: Projectds of Execution Departemant of Bonyad Maskan Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province To improve and prepare the urban spaces, ways and connecting roads will have a great impact on the society’ s improvement and progress. Every year, thousands of projects are done all around the world and they are mostly successfully completed and in some cases, they face various problems. Executing the project stages, there are some factors which lead the project planning to be failed or the might cause the time and cost to be wasted. There are various reasons which cause these factors to be created while the project passes the completion stages such as the contract controversies, contractors’ inability, lack of personnel’ s sufficient skills and knowledge, uncooperative of the personnel. Purpose To evaluate the performance of Construction projects based on identified and clustered implementation barriers using Data envelopment analysis.
