Abstract

This research aims to investigate the fundamental characteristics of human natural psychology for a good education in adolescence based on Islamic teachings in innocent Imams' narratives. This descriptive-analytical research gathered Imams' narratives related to characteristics of natural psychology and they were reviewed and analyzed by a qualitative method. The results demonstrated that the following characteristics of natural psychology are fundamental for a good education in adolescence from innocent Imams' view: perfection, eternalism, desire for cognitive growth and intellectual-social excellence, tendency to goodness and badness, tendency to religion and right, love and kindness, spirit of independence and independence from others, responsibility, keeping and improving self-esteem, and desire for passionate and happy activities.
